This is for you when you’re looking for private yoga sessions, personalized fitness training, or a blend of both – each session is tailored to your needs and lifestyle.
Sessions are available both online and in-person

Yoga
Reduce anxiety and become calmer with Vinyasa for energy and strength, Yin for deep relaxation, and Prenatal for supportive movement during pregnancy.

Fitness
Build physical strength and endurance with a regular fitness program using your own body weight or working with elastic
