Wellness 1:1 is for busy women who want to get fit, recover after childbirth, build or rebuild strength, reduce anxiety, get more clarity and happiness or simply start a new healthier lifestyle.

This is for you when you’re looking for private yoga sessions, personalized fitness training, or a blend of both – each session is tailored to your needs and lifestyle.

Sessions are available both online and in-person

Yoga

Reduce anxiety and become calmer with Vinyasa for energy and strength, Yin for deep relaxation, and Prenatal for supportive movement during pregnancy.

Fitness

Build physical strength and endurance with a regular fitness program using your own body weight or working with elastic
straps and weights.

A blend of both

Become stronger, calmer, healthier and happier with a routine of both yoga and fitness to support your whole self on a holistic level.

"Empecé a entrenar con Viky en Febrero de este año, después de un año muy duro a nivel de salud. Después de hacer un primer entreno para ver como estaba fisicamente y contarle un poco lo que buscaba empezamos a entrenar 3 veces por semana, combiandolo también con paddle surf algun Sabado. Voy poquito a poco ganando fuerza y resistencia con ejercicios que ella va adaptando a mis posibilidades, tiene mil ideas para adaptar y fusionar ejercicios, como ella dice. Intenta variar para que sea cada entreno algo novedoso. Se toma super en serio su trabajo, vamos tomando los tiempos para ver los progresos. Me encanta entrenar al aire libre, frente al mar, con buena musica! Y ella que es un amor de persona."
